How to enter Internal Marks on Samarth Portal

Step 1: Open Samarth Administrative Portal

Step 2: Login (Only for Teachers)

  1. Click Samarth Login
  2. Enter Username and Password
  3. Click Login

⚠️ This login is only for teachers and college staff

Step 3: Open Academic Section

  1. On dashboard, find Academic Card
  2. Click Proceed

Step 4: Open Examination Section

  1. Find Examination Card
  2. Click Launch

Step 5: Select Session

  1. Select session
  2. Confirm selection

Step 6: Open Evaluation Module

  1. Find Evaluation Card
  2. Click Launch
  3. Click on:
    • Evaluator Marks Entry – Course Component – Student Based
  4. Click Launch

Step 7: Start Marks Entry

  1. Click Click to Enter Marks
  2. Student list will appear

Step 8: Enter Marks

For each student:

  1. Check Roll Number and Enrollment Number
  2. Enter marks
  3. Select:
    • Present OR Absent accordingly
  4. Click Save

Repeat for all students.

Step 9: Submit All Marks (Very Important)

  1. After all entries
  2. Click Submit All

⚠️ If you do not click Submit All, marks will NOT be final.

Step 10: Generate Report

  1. Click Generate Report
  2. Download or view full marks report

Important Warnings (Please Read)

  • ❌ No correction after submission
  • ✔ Check correct course
  • ✔ Enter correct marks
  • ✔ Select correct student status
  • ✔ Submit only after checking all entries
