How to fill examination form on Samarth

Step 1: Login to Student Portal

  • Go to the official website of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.
  • Click on the Samarth icon.
  • Click on Student Login.
  • Enter your Enrollment Number as Username.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Click Login to open your dashboard.

Step 2: Verify Your Course Selection

  • After login, you will see your dashboard.
  • Click on Click Here under your course.
  • Go to My Courses.
  • Check that all the courses you selected are displayed.

Only students who have completed course selection can fill the examination form.

Step 3: Open Examination Form

  • From the left menu, click on History Course Selection.
  • Click on Examination.
  • Click on Registration.
  • Click on Click here for Examination Form.

The examination form will open.

Step 4: Fill Required Details

Fill the following fields:

  1. PWD Status (Persons with Disabilities)
    • Select your disability type if applicable.
    • Otherwise, select Not Applicable.
  2. Disability Percentage
    • Enter percentage only if applicable.
  3. Scribe Requirement
    • Select Yes if you need a writer (scribe).
    • Otherwise, select No.

Step 5: Select Your Courses

  • Review the list of your selected courses.
  • Tick (✔) all the courses and papers carefully.
  • Verify course names before submitting.

Step 6: Submit the Form

  • Click on the Submit button.
  • After submission, click on the Payment option.

Step 7: Make Payment

  • Click on Click here for Payment via EBUST (recommended).
  • Complete the payment process.

Your examination form will be successfully submitted after payment.

Step 8: Check Final Status

  • After payment, your form status will change from Draft to Complete.
