How to fill M.Ed. examination form

Step 1: Open the University Website

  • Go to the official website of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra
  • Scroll down the homepage
  • Find and click on the Samarth icon

Step 2: Open Student Login

  • Click on Student Login
  • Use Student Login button only
    (Do not use any other login option)

Step 3: Registration or Login

  • If you are a new student:
    • Click on Registration
    • Complete the registration process
  • If you are already registered:
    • Enter your Enrollment Number as Username
    • Enter your Password
    • Click Login

Step 4: Open Your Dashboard

  • After login, your Dashboard will appear
  • You will see a card showing your course name (M.Ed. in this case)
  • Click on Click Here

Step 5: Course Selection (Important)

  • You will see a message:
    “You can apply for course selection in Semester 1”
  • Click on Click here to select your courses
  • All courses are compulsory, so no selection button will appear
  • Click Submit
  • Finally, click Submit Your Course Selection
  • You will see a message:
    “Courses submitted successfully”

Step 6: Verify Your Courses

  • Scroll down
  • Under My Courses, check:
    • Course Code
    • Course Title
    • Semester

Step 7: Open Examination Registration

  • Go back to the Main Dashboard
  • Click on Examination
  • Click on Registration
  • Select Examination Registration
  • Click on Click here for Examination Form

Step 8: Fill Examination Form

  • Your personal details will already be visible
  • Select PWD: Not Applicable (if applicable)
  • Check your selected courses carefully

⚠️ Important Warning

  • Tick ALL course checkboxes
  • If you miss any course:
    • It will not appear on your Admit Card
    • You will not be able to give that exam

For M.Ed., 4 courses must be ticked

  • After ticking all courses, click Submit

Step 9: Pay Examination Fee

  • Click on Click here for payment via Easebuzz (recommended)
  • Select your payment option
  • Complete the payment

Step 10: Check Payment Status

  • After payment:
    • Form status will turn Green
  • If payment is stuck:
    • Click Check Status
    • If money is deducted, status usually updates automatically

⚠️ Always complete the full payment process once payment gateway opens.

Step 11: Completion

  • Once payment is successful:
    • Your Examination Form is complete
  • No further action is required

  • Fill the form carefully

  • Complete the process before the deadline
